KwikHire shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on its platform. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption. Employers and job seekers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided.
3. Job Postings
Employers may submit job listings after payment has been processed. All listings are subject to approval. Job posts must comply with South African laws, including labour and anti-discrimination regulations. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate our guidelines without refund.
4. Payments and Fees
All job listings require full payment before going live. Fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. Payments are securely processed via our third-party provider. KwikHire is not responsible for payment gateway errors or chargebacks.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use KwikHire lawfully and refrain from posting misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content. Users may not impersonate others, post offensive material, or engage in activities that could harm the platform or its users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on KwikHire, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of The New Concept Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer
KwikHire provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job posts or candidate profiles. We do not guarantee employment or hiring success through the platform.
8. Modifications
KwikHire may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of the Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
